3–5 years UX or product design experience
Expert Figma with strong mobile design portfolio
Experience designing for Gen Z and millennial fintech users
Proficiency in user research and rapid prototype testing
Familiarity with credit card, EMI, and digital payments UX
Strong micro-interaction and motion design skills

Design Slice credit card, EMI, and savings mobile app features
Conduct guerrilla user research with young millennial users
Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes for A/B testing
Build and maintain Slice mobile design system components
Review design implementation quality with iOS and Android engineers
Present design rationale to product and founding team
