Whatfix is hiring a UX Designer to craft the enterprise content creation studio — the product that L&D teams at Cisco, UPS, and 700+ companies use to build in-app guidance, training content, and digital adoption flows for their employees.
- 3–5 years UX or product design experience
- Expert Figma skills with enterprise SaaS design portfolio
- Experience designing for complex workflow and authoring tools
- User research and usability testing with L&D or enterprise personas
- Understanding of enterprise software complexity and B2B UX principles
- Design Whatfix content studio and guidance authoring experience
- Conduct user research with L&D and operations users at enterprise clients
- Build prototypes and run moderated usability tests
- Maintain and grow Whatfix design system components
- Review design implementation quality with frontend engineers
- Present design rationale to Whatfix CPO and leadership
