- EdTech or consumer tech recommendation and personalisation expertise
- Track record of scaling data science teams from 5 to 15+ scientists
- Expert in LLMs and GenAI for educational product applications
- Strong ability to influence C-suite product and business decisions
- PhD in CS, Statistics, or ML preferred
- Define upGrad data science and AI research agenda
- Lead team of 10 data scientists and ML engineers
- Build AI-powered learner personalisation and adaptive learning systems
- Drive AI content generation and assessment automation products
- Present AI strategy to upGrad CEO, CPO, and board
- Publish upGrad AI research on EdTech and learning analytics
