- 1–3 years travel industry experience in tour operations or corporate travel
- GDS: Amadeus or Sabre knowledge
- Good understanding of flight, hotel, and visa processes
- Good English and Hindi communication
- IATA certification preferred
- Process group travel and MICE event bookings for corporate clients
- Coordinate airline, hotel, and transport bookings for holiday packages
- Handle visa assistance and travel document queries
- Manage booking amendments and cancellations for corporate accounts
- Maintain travel CRM with accurate booking and client records
