TPS2P SAP CTE Fieldglass Business Analyst

The Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

• Work on requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end validation of setups to deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with Operations and business stakeholders using SAP Concur, CTE, Fieldglass, and middleware tools
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues, and production migration support
• Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for complex integrations

• 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise platforms like SAP with expertise in Concur and travel expenses (CTE), Fieldglass, and Data warehouse & middleware tools
• Experience in Implementation, Enhancements, upgrade and rollout projects
• Strong process knowledge around travel and expense processes and electronic workflows
• Good knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries
• Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
