Test Engineer - AI/ML

Responsible for testing and validating AI/ML models and data‑driven applications across domains such as NLP, recommendation engines, fraud detection, and advanced analytics. Ensures model accuracy, bias mitigation, explainability, and overall performance to maintain fairness, reliability, and transparency of AI‑driven decisions.

• Design and implement AI/ML test strategies for model validation
• Validate AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance
• Ensure AI‑driven decisions are fair, reliable, and transparent
• Conduct boundary and adversarial testing on data‑driven applications

• 5 years of overall experience in Testing/QA
• At least 2 years of experience testing AI/ML models and data‑driven applications (NLP, recommendation engines, fraud detection, advanced analytics)
• Expertise in validating AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance
• Strong experience designing AI/ML test strategies, including boundary testing and adversarial testing
