Nokia India is hiring a Telecom Project Manager to lead the 5G NR site rollout programme for Bharti Airtel across India's top 10 metro circles — delivering 10,000+ 5G sites on schedule and budget.
- 6–9 years telecom project management experience
- 5G NR or 4G LTE mass rollout programme management
- PMP certification required
- Experience managing 500+ site rollout projects
- Good understanding of civil, power, and RAN site infrastructure
- MS Project and telecom project management tools
- Lead Airtel 5G site rollout programme across 10 metro circles
- Manage site acquisition, civil, power, and RAN integration teams
- Track and report 5G rollout KPIs to Nokia and Airtel leadership
- Resolve critical blockers and escalate to Nokia programme director
- Ensure delivery of 2,000+ 5G sites quarterly on-schedule
- Conduct monthly steering committee with Nokia and Airtel leadership
