Bharti Airtel is hiring a Telecom Network Planning Engineer for 5G NR and 4G LTE radio network planning and optimisation across India's major metro and Tier 1 circles.

  • 3–5 years telecom RF network planning experience
  • 5G NR and 4G LTE radio access network planning
  • Atoll, Planet, or similar planning tool expertise
  • Drive test data analysis and network KPI optimisation
  • Ericsson or Nokia RAN equipment experience
  • Strong RF propagation and link budget understanding
  • Conduct 5G NR and 4G LTE coverage and capacity planning
  • Perform Atoll radio network planning simulations
  • Analyse drive test data and identify coverage gaps
  • Prepare NE site design documentation for new rollouts
  • Coordinate with field engineers on network optimisation
  • Report circle network KPI performance to Planning Manager
