Tech Mahindra is hiring a Telecom IT Engineer for BSS/OSS implementation and support for a European telecom operator's digital transformation programme covering billing, provisioning, and network inventory management.
- 3–5 years telecom BSS/OSS engineering
- Telecom BSS: billing systems — Amdocs, Comverse, or CSG
- OSS: network inventory and provisioning — Nokia NetCracker or Oracle OSS
- REST and SOAP API integration for telecom systems
- SQL and Oracle database
- TM Forum eTOM process framework knowledge
- Implement and support Amdocs or NetCracker billing and inventory modules
- Build REST API integrations between BSS and OSS systems
- Support new product launch configurations in billing platform
- Resolve production BSS incidents within SLA
- Document technical solutions and produce SIT test cases
