Whatfix is hiring a Technical Writer to create enterprise-grade integration guides, API documentation, and implementation playbooks for the digital adoption platform used by 700+ global enterprises.

3–5 years technical writing for enterprise SaaS or developer platforms
REST API documentation and OpenAPI/Swagger experience
JavaScript basics for code example documentation
Docs-as-code with Git and Confluence
Experience writing for enterprise IT and L&D audiences
Excellent English writing and editing skills

Write Whatfix API integration guides and developer documentation
Create enterprise implementation playbooks for deployment scenarios
Document SSO, SCIM, and enterprise authentication configurations
Maintain documentation version control in Git
Partner with product and engineering on documentation at launch
Build knowledge base content for enterprise customer support
