The Skill Hub is hiring for permanent Work From Office positions in UK International Voice and Chat processes in Hyderabad. We are looking for candidates who can deliver excellent customer service and handle inbound queries effectively.
- Permanent WFO role for UK International Voice/Chat processes.
- Requires working in rotational night shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).
- Open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via chat
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively with clear communication
- Ensure first-call/chat resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
- HSC/Inter, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational night shifts and voice/chat processes
- Must not be pursuing regular education
- No planned leave during the first 3 months
