Technical Support Executive( orthopedic implants)

Perfect Medicare Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Executive to manage product knowledge, conduct sales team training, and provide real-time surgical support for orthopedic and spine implants.

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Hip and Spine implant products
• Conduct product training sessions for the internal sales team and distributors
• Attend surgeries to provide real-time technical support to surgeons and OT staff
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
• Maintain records of surgeries attended, inventory used, and submit sales MIS

• B.Sc / B.Pharm / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / BAMS or equivalent (Life Science background preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in orthopedic/spine implant sales or medical device industry
• Strong understanding of Hip and Spine anatomy and surgical procedures
• Willingness to travel extensively and attend surgeries including odd hours
• Two-wheeler/valid driving license preferred
