Zoho Corporation is hiring L2 Technical Support Engineers for its Coimbatore support centre. You will handle escalated technical cases from global Zoho CRM and Zoho Books customers, diagnosing complex integration and customization issues that require deep product knowledge.

This role is ideal for developers or technically strong support professionals who enjoy deep-diving into SaaS applications, APIs, and business process automation. Zoho provides extensive product training before deployment.

  • Resolve complex technical issues for Zoho CRM and Zoho Books enterprise customers
  • Debug API integration issues and custom function code in Deluge (Zoho's scripting language)
  • Create knowledge base content for recurring technical scenarios
  • 1-3 years of technical support or SaaS support experience
  • Understanding of CRM systems and accounting/ERP software
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic web concepts
  • Basic scripting or programming ability (any language)
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Prior Zoho product experience is a strong advantage
  • Handle escalated L2 support tickets from enterprise customers globally
  • Debug technical integration issues between Zoho products and third-party systems
  • Provide workarounds and customization guidance for complex business scenarios
  • Document solutions and contribute to Zoho's knowledge base
  • Coordinate with Zoho's product and engineering teams for bug escalations
