Freshworks is hiring a Technical Support Engineer L2 to resolve complex product and integration issues for Freshdesk and Freshsales enterprise customers across North America and Europe.
You will investigate API integration bugs, CRM data issues, and platform reliability incidents escalated from L1 support.
- 2–4 years SaaS technical support experience
- Strong REST API troubleshooting with Postman
- SQL for customer data investigation
- JavaScript basics for webhook and integration debugging
- Excellent written English for customer communication
- CRM or helpdesk product knowledge preferred
- Investigate and resolve L2-escalated Freshdesk and Freshsales issues
- Debug REST API integration and webhook failures
- Reproduce bugs and file detailed engineering JIRA reports
- Respond to enterprise customer tickets within 4-hour SLA
- Build internal knowledge base articles for common L2 issues
