Wipro BPS is hiring L1 Technical Support Engineers for a 24x7 IT helpdesk supporting 25,000 employees of a Fortune 500 US technology company.

You will be the first line of contact for IT incidents, resolving hardware, software, Office 365, and VPN issues via phone and chat, and escalating complex issues to L2 teams.

  • 0–2 years IT support experience
  • Basic Windows 10/11 and Office 365 troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
  • ServiceNow or ITSM tool familiarity
  • Good spoken English and active directory basics
  • B.Tech CS/IT or BCA preferred
  • Shift rotation willingness (24x7)
  • Handle 30–40 IT support tickets daily via phone and chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and email issues
  • Reset passwords and manage Active Directory accounts
  • Log tickets in ServiceNow with accurate resolution notes
  • Escalate P1/P2 incidents to L2 resolver groups
