Lenskart is looking for a sharp Technical Recruiter to help grow its product and technology teams. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers across all levels for Lenskart's tech hub in Gurugram.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR leadership team to define hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Lenskart's brand as a tech-first company.
- Source and recruit software engineers, data scientists, and PMs
- Partner with engineering managers to define JDs and technical evaluation criteria
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals
- 2-4 years of technical recruitment experience in a product/tech company or agency
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and direct sourcing
- Ability to evaluate technical resumes and conduct basic screening conversations
- Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- End-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience
- Track and report hiring metrics to HR leadership
