Wipro is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead a 50-person digital banking transformation programme for a top-10 US bank. You will manage delivery across 4 agile scrum teams, own programme P&L, and maintain executive relationships at the CXO level.
- 8–12 years IT project management
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Banking or BFSI domain expertise
- Agile SAFe and waterfall programme delivery
- $5M+ P&L management experience
- Strong client CXO communication and escalation management
- Lead programme delivery across 4 scrum teams
- Own programme P&L, SLA delivery, and quality
- Manage CXO client relationships and weekly status reviews
- Track velocity, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Report programme health to Wipro delivery leadership
