L&T Technology Services is hiring a Technical Project Manager for its Digital Engineering practice in Pune. You will manage multi-year software product development engagements for clients in automotive, aerospace, and industrial IoT sectors.

The role combines delivery management with technical oversight, requiring both strong PMP discipline and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on technical decisions. Client-facing experience in a services company is essential.

Manage delivery of digital engineering projects from requirement to release
Drive agile delivery with distributed India/onsite teams
Govern scope, schedule, and budget with weekly client reporting

7-10 years of project management experience in IT/engineering services
PMP certification mandatory; Agile/SAFe certification preferred
Technical background in embedded systems, IoT, or automotive software preferred
Experience managing multi-million dollar engagements with global clients
Excellent communication for C-suite client interactions
Proficiency with MS Project and JIRA

Own project P&L including revenue recognition and margin management
Lead weekly and monthly governance reviews with client stakeholders
Manage cross-functional delivery teams of 20-50 engineers
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Support business development for account expansion
