You will manage programme dependencies, track engineering velocity, and ensure quarterly OKR delivery across 8 engineering squads.
- 6–9 years technical program management
- Strong engineering background — prior SWE experience preferred
- Agile and SAFe programme delivery
- JIRA programme management and dependency tracking
- E-commerce or consumer product domain experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management
- Coordinate engineering delivery across 8 product squads
- Manage cross-squad technical dependencies and risk
- Facilitate quarterly OKR planning and review
- Track engineering velocity and highlight delivery risks early
- Run monthly programme steering committee reviews
- Drive process improvement and engineering efficiency
