Darwinbox is hiring a Technical Lead for the HCM Platform team to drive technical delivery for the payroll, attendance, and performance management modules used by 2M+ employees at 800+ enterprises.

  • 7–9 years full-stack engineering with 2+ years as Tech Lead
  • Java and Spring Boot backend
  • React.js or Angular frontend
  • PostgreSQL and Redis
  • AWS or Azure deployment
  • Strong HR or payroll domain understanding
  • Experience leading teams of 5–8 engineers
  • Lead technical delivery for payroll and attendance platform modules
  • Drive architecture decisions and code quality standards
  • Conduct technical design reviews and code walkthroughs
  • Mentor 5–8 engineers on full-stack best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers on feature scoping
  • Support enterprise client technical escalations
