Accenture is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own agile delivery for a 60-person healthcare digital transformation programme for a Fortune 500 US health insurer.

You will manage velocity, quality, dependencies, and client relationships for 6 agile squads building a digital member portal.

10–14 years IT with 5+ years delivery management
Healthcare IT or insurance domain expertise
SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer preferred
JIRA programme management and dependency tracking
Client CXO communication and escalation management
Strong P&L awareness

Manage delivery for 6 squads building healthcare digital portal
Own sprint velocity, quality, and technical dependency management
Lead client weekly programme status reviews
Identify and mitigate programme delivery risks
Support Accenture business development with SOW inputs
