Practo is looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack) to lead a squad of 5-7 engineers building Practo's doctor practice management software. You will make architectural decisions for both backend (Node.js/Python) and frontend (React) components and directly mentor your team to grow as engineers.

The role involves significant technical leadership responsibilities — from designing scalable SaaS features to conducting architecture reviews and representing engineering perspectives in product planning meetings.

Lead technical design for doctor-facing practice management SaaS features
Set coding standards and lead code review culture for your squad
Drive architecture evolution for Practo's clinic management platform

7-10 years of full-stack engineering with 2+ years in tech lead or architect roles
Expert Node.js and React skills with TypeScript
Strong system design skills for SaaS multi-tenant architecture
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures
Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not required
Strong mentoring and communication skills

Own technical architecture for doctor-facing SaaS product features
Lead design reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and 1:1s
Collaborate with product managers on feature design and feasibility
Drive technical debt reduction and reliability improvements
