We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join the LOB technology team of one of our banking clients. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, developing a thorough understanding of business workflows, and managing comprehensive business and process documentation.
- Create, maintain, and enhance business and process documentation, including process flows, controls, data quality frameworks, monitoring procedures, system landscapes, user guides, and audit/compliance artefacts.
- Analyze existing processes and documentation to develop a thorough understanding of business workflows, system dependencies, and operational processes.
- Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prior experience working as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with global markets and banking workflows
