Yotta Infrastructure is looking for a Team Lead Engineer to lead frontend and backend engineering teams. The role involves providing tactical and operational management oversight, ensuring consistency and predictability in product delivery, and driving quality through sound SDLC standards.
- Leading frontend and backend Engineering teams by providing tactical and operational management oversight.
- Ensuring consistency and predictability in Product delivery and quality by developing sound SDLC standards, practices and processes.
- Conducting timely reviews of all day-to-day Engineering activities and creating effective action plans to address any inadequacies and/or shortcomings.
- Technically guiding, implementing and building solutions by creating and/or reviewing tech approaches.
- Proven experience in leading frontend and backend engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC standards, practices, and processes
- Technical expertise in designing, building, and reviewing solutions
