CRED is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own technical hiring for engineering and data science roles at one of India's most premium fintech brands. You will build CRED's reputation as an engineering employer of choice.
- 3–5 years technical recruitment experience
- Experience hiring SDE, data science, and ML engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and boolean search
- Familiarity with engineering interview design and assessment
- Data-driven approach to hiring funnel management
- MBA in HR from reputed institute preferred
- Own full-cycle recruitment for 20+ engineering and data roles annually
- Build proactive engineering talent pipelines through events and sourcing
- Partner with engineering hiring managers on job profiles and interviews
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer
- Track and report hiring funnel metrics to CHRO monthly
