EXL Service is hiring a Tableau Developer to build insurance analytics dashboards for a Fortune 500 US insurer covering claims performance, underwriting profitability, and actuarial reserve reporting.
- 2–4 years Tableau development experience
- Advanced Tableau Server or Online administration
- Strong SQL and data modelling for Tableau extracts
- LOD expressions and Table Calculations
- Snowflake or Redshift data source connections
- Insurance or actuarial domain knowledge a strong plus
- Build and publish Tableau dashboards for insurance analytics
- Design extract optimisation for large claims datasets
- Write complex LOD calculations for actuarial metrics
- Train client business users on Tableau self-service features
- Maintain Tableau Server infrastructure and user access
