Arm is looking for a Software Engineer to join the SoC Post-Silicon Validation team in Bengaluru. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, using Linux and software as powerful tools to exercise, validate, and debug advanced SoCs used in Infrastructure and Data Center systems.
- Validate SoC functionality using Linux, develop software and automated tests, analyze results, and investigate failures
- Work closely with design, firmware, software, and verification engineers to understand problems and contribute to their resolution
- Improve validation tools, automation, coverage, and ways of working
- Take ownership of increasingly complex areas of SoC validation as experience grows
- 2–3 years of experience in Linux, embedded software, firmware, system software, validation, or a related area
- Programming experience in C/C++, Assembly, and using Python or shell scripting
- Understanding of computer architecture and operating system fundamentals
- Experience using Linux for development, testing, or debugging
