System Administrator

Fold Health is looking for a System Administrator to own our corporate IT environment, covering laptops, identities, office network, and employee support for our teams in Pune and remote employees in the United States.

Due to handling protected health information, this position blends IT management with information security, requiring strict adherence to security baselines and audit readiness.

• Own and manage the corporate IT environment for Pune and remote US teams
• Handle employee IT support and management of laptops, identities, and office networks
• Configure devices, accounts, and access changes to meet strict security baselines
• Document all access and configuration changes for audit readiness

• Experience managing corporate IT environments including endpoints, identities, and networks
• Knowledge of information security practices and compliance baselines
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining audit-defensible change logs
