SW Engineer - QA Operations

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Software Engineer - QA Operations to join our Hybrid Cloud team in Chennai. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and integrate next-generation cloud platforms and products like Green Lake, driving innovation and providing technical leadership.

• Leads multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal/outsourced development partners across all stages of design and development.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards.
• Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership to cross-organization projects.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in software systems design and development.
• Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
• Strong experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types.
• Experience evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans and debugging.
