Blue Yonder is looking for a Support Engineer to support global customers using the Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) application. You will take ownership of customer issues, analyze logs and source code to resolve them, and collaborate with the Product Development team.
- Support global customers using the Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) application
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them by analyzing logs and source code
- Raise and track requests with the Product Development team to fix application issues
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers
- Experience with Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and Pro*C
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and React JS
- Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
- Effective customer communication abilities
