Join Oracle to enhance, maintain, and support the Oracle Health Patient Accounting enterprise-wide Revenue Management information system. In this role, you will ensure the financial solutions for healthcare providers are fully optimized and operational.
- Monitor, support, and optimize the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application
- Perform troubleshooting and manage user enhancement requests
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and client meetings
- Enhance, monitor, and support the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application
- Perform troubleshooting investigations by gathering information, using tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows
- Respond to enhancement requests, build, and implement changes
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles
- Act as a focal point resource for the team at internal and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Technical background in information technologies and/or healthcare administration
- Availability to work the 5:30 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. IST schedule and support on-call rotations
