Flipkart's Supply Chain team is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to own demand planning and inventory forecasting for 100M+ product SKUs across Flipkart's 100+ fulfilment centres during regular and Big Billion Day sale events.
- 2–4 years supply chain analytics, demand planning, or inventory management
- Strong SQL and Python for data analysis
- Demand forecasting models: ARIMA, XGBoost, or Prophet
- Advanced Excel and supply chain planning tools
- E-commerce or retail supply chain experience preferred
- MBA in Operations or Supply Chain preferred
- Own SKU-level demand forecasts for 100M+ Flipkart products
- Build ML demand forecasting models for Big Billion Day planning
- Analyse inventory turn, fill rate, and stockout metrics
- Collaborate with buying teams on replenishment strategies
- Produce weekly demand planning reports to supply chain leadership
