- 2–4 years student success, account management, or customer success experience
- EdTech or higher education sector experience preferred
- Good understanding of technology upskilling and data science career paths
- Strong empathy and problem-solving for learner challenges
- Good English and Hindi communication
- Manage 200+ active learner portfolio across data science and tech programmes
- Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins to identify at-risk learners
- Drive on-time assignment and project completion
- Coordinate with faculty mentors and industry coaches for learner support
- Track learner NPS and satisfaction metrics weekly
- Escalate persistent learner issues to programme management
