- 4–6 years SRE or DevOps with fintech experience
- AWS multi-region production deployment
- Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale
- Prometheus and Grafana observability
- Go or Python for SRE tooling
- Incident command and blameless post-mortem facilitation
- Define SLOs and error budgets for loan processing services
- Build automated self-healing runbooks for lending platform incidents
- Lead P1 incident response and publish post-mortems
- Implement chaos engineering to identify reliability gaps
- Drive AWS cost optimisation for lending infrastructure
