CRED is hiring an SRE Lead to define the reliability and infrastructure strategy for one of India's most premium financial platforms serving 10M+ high-credit-score users.

You will lead a team of 5 SREs, own SLO definitions, and ensure CRED's financial services run with the reliability expected by India's most demanding consumers.

7+ years SRE or DevOps with 2+ years team lead experience
AWS expert with multi-region production deployment
Kubernetes at scale with operator development
Strong Go or Python for SRE tooling
Incident command and post-mortem leadership experience
Fintech or financial services reliability experience

Lead SRE team of 5 engineers
Define SLOs and error budgets for all CRED financial services
Lead major incident response and blameless post-mortems
Drive automation to reduce manual operational toil
Build chaos engineering programme for CRED platform
Optimise AWS multi-region costs and reliability
