Senior System Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server, Office 365, VMware/Hyper‑V environments, and network infrastructure. The role includes configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls, VPNs, routers, Wi‑Fi access points, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, backups, and desktop support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 environments
- Administer VMware/Hyper‑V virtual infrastructure
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, and Wi‑Fi access points
- Oversee DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory services
- Implement backup solutions and perform desktop support tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365
- Proficiency in VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization
- Hands‑on knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, network routers, Wi‑Fi access points, and port forwarding
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory servers
- Experience with backup administration and desktop troubleshooting
