Sr Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications. The role involves backend development using Django, Flask, or FastAPI, building RESTful/GraphQL APIs, optimizing database queries, collaborating with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Debug, test, and optimize existing applications
• Design database schemas and write optimized queries
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers
• Participate in system design and architecture planning
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

• 4-8 years of professional Python development experience
• Expertise in at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Experience with unit, integration, and test automation
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills
