Software Technologist I/II-C# Full Stack

Philips is looking for a Software Technologist to design, implement, integrate, and test high-quality systems and components. In this role, you will carry out development and prototyping tasks, align with software development standards, and translate market needs into implementation requirements.

• Designing, implementation, integration, and testing of a (sub) system, component, or module in high quality and on time
• Complying and aligning with software development professionalism standards within the team
• Carrying out complicated development and prototyping tasks
• Translating market needs into implementation requirements considering the overall solution
• Promoting domain knowledge, innovative thinking, and customer understanding

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Web development with Angular 2 and above
• Experience and understanding of HTML/HTML5/CSS and JavaScript
• Proven experience with Node.js and C#/.NET
• Experience in web-based applications and micro-services architecture
• Strong background in Object Oriented Programming, data structures, and design principles
• Experience in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), writing SQL queries, fine tuning, debugging issues, and database migration
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile team-oriented environment
