Muthoot FinCorp is hiring a Software Engineer (Java Spring) to join its digital banking technology team in Kochi. You will work on the core banking application, customer-facing APIs, and digital loan processing workflows for one of South India's most trusted financial institutions.

- Develop Java Spring Boot services for loan origination and servicing
- Build REST APIs for mobile banking and digital customer onboarding
- Integrate with CIBIL, credit bureaus, and government identity APIs
- 2-4 years of Java Spring Boot development experience
- Strong MySQL/PostgreSQL skills
- Experience with microservices and REST API development
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and API security practices
- Familiarity with banking or NBFC domain is a plus
- Good understanding of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices for loan and banking workflows
- Build RESTful APIs for mobile and digital banking applications
- Write unit tests and ensure code quality standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
- Support production issues and bug fixes
