Sprinklr is offering a Software Engineer Internship for talented final-year students or recent graduates who want to work on enterprise-grade software at scale. You will be embedded in a product engineering team and contribute to real features shipped to production.
Sprinklr's internship program is known for providing interns with meaningful work, senior mentorship, and high return offer rates. You will work alongside world-class engineers on a platform used by global brands like Microsoft, McDonald's, and Samsung.
- Contribute to a specific product feature end-to-end during the internship
- Write code that ships to production with real users
- Present your work to engineering leaders at the end of the internship
- Final-year B.Tech student or 2025/2026 graduate in CS or related field
- Strong DSA and programming skills in Java or Python
- Basic understanding of web development (REST APIs, databases)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- LeetCode/competitive programming exposure is a plus
- Work on assigned features with guidance from a senior engineer mentor
- Write clean, tested code following team standards
- Participate in all team ceremonies including standups and code reviews
- Present your project outcomes at the intern showcase
