- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with backend development frameworks and databases
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase
