Seeking an experienced developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions on Snowflake using Python and advanced SQL. The role focuses on ETL/ELT workflows, performance tuning, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data solutions
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation
- Write reusable Python scripts for data processing and automation
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows in Snowflake
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable solutions
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation
- Optimize Snowflake queries, workloads, and data models for performance and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot pipeline, SQL, and application issues
- Develop automated processes using Python to improve workflows
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders
- Perform unit, integration, and data validation testing
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Support production deployments and resolve data-related issues
- Maintain technical documentation for pipelines and processes
- 5 years of IT experience
- Hands‑on expertise with Snowflake Data Warehouse
- Advanced SQL query development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts
