- 12+ years engineering with 4+ years as Head of Technology or VP Engineering
- E-commerce or marketplace platform engineering leadership
- Track record of scaling engineering teams to 150+ engineers
- Deep distributed systems and marketplace architecture expertise
- Strong hiring and culture building in lean, high-ownership teams
- B.Tech from IIT/NIT preferred
- Lead 200-person Snapdeal engineering organisation
- Define marketplace platform technical architecture and engineering culture
- Drive quarterly engineering OKRs and product delivery
- Recruit and retain top engineering talent for value e-commerce
- Partner with CEO and CPO on technology strategy
- Present technology roadmap to Snapdeal board
