Lendingkart is hiring an SME Loan Sales Manager to drive business loan disbursals to small and medium enterprises across Maharashtra through digital channels, DSA partners, and direct outreach.

  • 4–7 years SME lending or business loan sales experience
  • MSME or working capital loan product knowledge
  • DSA and channel partner management experience
  • Good understanding of SME credit assessment
  • Strong Marathi, Hindi, and English communication
  • Drive SME business loan disbursals across Maharashtra territory
  • Manage 20–30 DSA and channel partner relationships
  • Conduct SME business loan financial analysis and documentation collection
  • Coordinate with credit team for loan sanction and disbursal
  • Submit weekly pipeline and disbursal reports to Regional Sales Manager
