Lendingkart is hiring an SME Collections Manager to lead the digital collections team recovering overdue EMI repayments from small business borrowers across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

  • 6–9 years collections management with 2+ years team lead experience
  • SME or business loan collections experience in NBFC or bank
  • Digital collections strategy: IVR, WhatsApp, and field collections
  • RBI NBFC fair practice code for debt collection
  • Team management of 10–15 collection executives
  • Lead digital collections team of 12 executives for Maharashtra and Gujarat SME portfolio
  • Own DPD bucket-wise collection efficiency targets monthly
  • Design and implement multi-channel collections strategy
  • Manage field collections coordination for hard-bucket accounts
  • Ensure RBI fair practice code compliance in all collections activities
  • Submit weekly collections performance report to CHRO
