You will partner with 200+ product engineers to define SLOs, build self-healing automation, and ensure Swiggy delivers on its 30-minute and 10-minute promises every single day.
- 4–7 years SRE or DevOps experience
- Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger observability stack
- Python or Go for automation scripting
- AWS cloud expertise
- On-call incident command and post-mortem experience
- Distributed systems understanding
- Define SLOs and error budgets with product teams
- Build automated self-healing runbooks
- Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems
- Reduce manual toil through engineering
- Improve deployment safety and release velocity
- Mentor engineers on reliability best practices
