Cashfree Payments is hiring an SRE to ensure the reliability of payment infrastructure that businesses depend on for their revenue. You will define SLOs, automate operations, and lead incident response for one of India's fastest-growing fintech platforms.
- 4–6 years SRE or DevOps with fintech experience
- AWS multi-region production deployment expertise
- Kubernetes and Docker at scale
- Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty alerting
- Go or Python for SRE tooling and automation
- Incident command and post-mortem facilitation
- Define and own SLOs and error budgets for payment APIs
- Build automated self-healing and runbook automation
- Lead P1 incident response and publish blameless post-mortems
- Implement chaos engineering to identify reliability gaps
- Drive AWS cost optimisation across production infrastructure
- Mentor engineers on reliability engineering principles
