- 4–6 years SRE or DevOps with fintech experience
- AWS multi-region production deployment expertise
- Kubernetes and Docker at scale
- Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty alerting
- Go or Python for SRE tooling and automation
- Incident command and post-mortem facilitation
- Define and own SLOs and error budgets for payment APIs
- Build automated self-healing and runbook automation
- Lead P1 incident response and publish blameless post-mortems
- Implement chaos engineering to identify reliability gaps
- Drive AWS cost optimisation across production infrastructure
- Mentor engineers on reliability engineering principles
