Responsible for ServiceNow administration, development, and platform work with a focus on Security Operations and Vulnerability Response. The role involves implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, managing vulnerability lifecycle processes, and integrating with the Configuration Management Database.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations for Security Operations
- Implement and manage Vulnerability Response processes within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with security teams to define and optimize vulnerability management workflows
- Ensure accurate CMDB data integration and synchronization with ServiceNow
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow security modules
- 4-8 years of ServiceNow administration, development, or platform experience
- 3 years of ServiceNow Security Operations or Vulnerability Response implementation experience
- Experience implementing or operating ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
- Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle processes, including scan, triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
