We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer – NowAssist & TPSM to take agreed requirements and process designs through to working, tested, supportable configuration on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves making key technical decisions to ensure solutions scale, perform, and remain maintainable, while acting as the senior technical voice in the Workflow Development team.

- Make technical decisions that determine whether solutions scale, perform, and remain maintainable
- Act as the senior technical voice in the Workflow Development team
- Build the platform's generative AI capability into live service operations
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Familiarity with NowAssist and TPSM
- Strong technical decision-making skills for platform scalability and performance
