Accenture India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions for a large enterprise client. You will work in a global delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders across India, Europe, and the US.
The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow development experience, certified in CSA or CAD, and can translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow workflows and automations.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Build workflow automations, scripted REST APIs, and custom UI pages
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (Jira, Slack, monitoring platforms)
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is required
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) is preferred
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, SLA)
- Knowledge of REST API integration and web services
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Configure and develop ServiceNow platform features per business requirements
- Design and implement workflow automations using Flow Designer
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT for new developments
- Create technical documentation for all customizations
